What Needs to Go?

We accept furniture and mattresses, household clutter, and appliances. Send a complete list and photos so we can plan the handling needed and review any special items.

Furniture & Mattresses

We accept couches, mattresses, box springs, tables, chairs, shelving, and office furniture. Include dimensions of bulky pieces and where they're located.

Household Clutter

We accept clothing, toys, books, kitchenware, boxes, and general household clutter from move-outs, garages, and storage clear-outs. Photograph each area and list what's inside boxes or bags.

Appliances

We accept fridges, freezers, stoves, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and small appliances. Include the type, size, and condition, and flag anything especially heavy or awkward so we can assess the handling needed.

Special Items & Restrictions

Electronics, yard waste, renovation debris, and scrap metal are assessed case by case with you. List these separately and include photos, the materials involved, and the quantity.

Not accepted: asbestos, chemicals, and biohazards.

We accept pressurised containers, including propane tanks, gas cylinders, and aerosol cans, only when undamaged. Special items, including batteries, tires, and furniture or mattresses affected by pests or mould, are also accepted only when undamaged. Describe their condition and include photos in your request.

Place accepted special items in a safe container, package, or bag appropriate for the item, and clearly label the contents. Ask us before pickup if you are unsure how to prepare an item.

Plan Your Pickup

Tell us where the items are and which tasks you need help with so we can plan the full pickup.

Collection & Carrying
We collect indoors and curbside. Our crew handles all lifting and carrying, normally with two to three staff and more as needed. Stairs, heavy items, and difficult access are assessed case by case, with the requirements factored into your quote.
Loading & Transport
Our crew handles all loading; customers do not need to help with lifting, carrying, or loading. We use vans and arrange larger vehicles when needed. Multiple vehicles or trips are assessed during quoting, with all planned trips included in the agreed price.
Property Protection
Floor and doorway protection is included as needed.
Sorting & Bagging
Customers are expected to sort items and bag or box loose contents before collection. We can help with sorting, bagging, or boxing for a fee.
Furniture Dismantling
We can dismantle furniture for removal. This is a chargeable service included in your quote when requested.
Collection-Area Cleanup
We clean the collection area after pickup. This cleanup is included.

Before Pickup Day

A clear list and a few access details make it easier to plan your clear-out.

  1. Photograph the Whole Load. Include every area, close-ups of bulky pieces, and a list of contents that aren't visible.
  2. Identify What Stays. Clearly separate or label items you want to keep, and flag anything you aren't sure about.
  3. Sort & Bag Loose Items. Separate items beforehand and bag or box loose contents. Request our paid sorting or bagging assistance if needed, and include any furniture dismantling so it can be charged in your quote.
  4. Prepare Appliances. Appliances must be disconnected and drained before collection. Tell us about any preparation still needed.
  5. Package & Label Special Items. Place accepted special items in a safe container, package, or bag appropriate for the item, and clearly label the contents. Ask us if you are unsure about preparation.
  6. Arrange & Describe Access. Customers arrange required elevator bookings, loading bays, and parking permits. Share reserved times, stairs, narrow entrances, carrying distances, and any heavy or awkward items.
  7. Plan Attendance. Unattended collection can be arranged. Complex access requires you or an authorised representative to be present. Be available to take our call if access fails.
